Speaking
Looking for clarity with the right touch of humor? Ken specializes in finding common ground between the audience and a variety of topics to make the subject matter exciting and understandable. Ken routinely speaks on brand strategy, user experience strategy, web analytics, web culture and, of course, slightware.

“Ken is the most effective Web 2.0 presenter I have ever seen. His grasp of how the web has evolved and what is coming down the pipe is thorough and thought-provoking. But Ken’s real mastery is in his delivery, as he is very entertaining and can easily get his points across to anyone regardless of their level of expertise with the Internet.”
- Jason Bingo, Enterprise Marketing at Dell

Teaching
From single sessions to multi-part seminars to full semesters, Ken has taught graduate students and senior executives about the challenges of managing brands in today’s digital world.

“I took an online branding course taught by Ken and he presented the subject really well. He was very knowledgeable, a great speaker, and he brought new trends and technologies to our attention.”
- Jason Morrison, Search Quality Strategist at Google

Writing
Throughout his career Ken has been a contributing writer to numerous magazines and blogs. Lately his time has been dedicated to a new series of books and Executive Briefs. Ken originally explored the topic of slightware (then called blandware) in a 2002 article for CrainTech, a publication of Crains Cleveland Business.
